I just re potted my dwarf elephant ear in coco coir and I think she’s gone into shock the soil is damp and not wet and there are drainage holes. What else can I do?

It’s above grow lights and also around 4 ft from my glass doors

They have been above the plant about 3 ft but I saw this last night and moved them above in case too much light was the problem
