Help!  
My begonias leaves are starting to turn red on the front side - what am I doing wrong here, it’s never done this before.

Too much light/direct sun 😋

Can the color be corrected or should I snip?

No as for as the color goes, snipping up to you 🙏 think perhaps moving the plant?
