I have a beautiful pink princess and recently she has been producing these half formed leaves can anyone help with what might be happening and what I should do

Looks like you have something nibbling on the leaves. Could be a caterpillar or similar. If there are little black droppings on the leaves/near the plant it’s a caterpillar
