# Hi, I forced paper whites in a glass container last fall and removed…

Hi, I forced paper whites in a glass container last fall and removed them from the murky water in March. They have been in a cool dry place since. Today I cleaned them of the dead and dry stems and skins and repotted them in soil in a shallow ceramic dish. The question is should I begin to water them or wait until fall? Thank you 🪴

I’m starting to wonder if this seems like a silly question… The app is recommending watering other potted paper white bulbs, but some other research suggested to wait until fall. Anyone care to weigh in?
