# What may be going on with my hybrid tea rose? It went from looking…

What may be going on with my hybrid tea rose?  
It went from looking very healthy to like this within a week. I did spray neem oil last? I am noticing lots of bees doing their job. The leaves look fine, but the flowers/buds do not.  
The first picture was last week \& the other 2 are today. Even the new blooms look sad 😔
