Looks like euphorbia. I’ve never grown it myself but I know when we have it at work it’s been a lack of water that’s caused problems like that

This looks like it’s over watered

It outside though, what’s the best thing to do? It stared flowering and now it’s loosing all of the bottom leaves 😞
