Lots of light and heat

Sometimes it a takes a while for impatiens to get comfortable. They will be extremely thirsty in a small terra pot so you might need to water them daily to counter the heat stress and get those blooms going.

Mine have started to bloom a whole lot less as it’s been getting hot. It did take a little while for them to really start to bloom a lot after I repotted them

Your plants are most likely nutrient locked.

Boomerang come back solution will fix it. Or sledgehammer solution. They’ll clean the roots, add light fertilization and voila in a few days buds will open.

If it looks like your plant has stopped growing? Usually either water logged or nutrient locked.
