Powdery mildew (?) on my grapes:

Does anyone know if (and how) this is salvageable? I have a very robust vine of table grapes but about a quarter of the bunches (mostly concentrated in one area) are starting to look like this. Same thing happened to last year’s crop.

Should I prune back everything that looks like this? Spray with something? Any way to avoid this more proactively next year?
