Hi everyone! I have these jalapeño plants growing and they were from the same seed. I was wondering when I should pick them. One is a dark green and wide while the other one is turning red. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated too like how much sunlight and water! Thank you 🌶️

You want to pick them while they are still green. When they turn red, the flavor changes.

I always have to pick peppers super early. Critters apparently love them
