Sigh, last year I had curly leaf on my peach tree. Spayed copper fungicide both in the fall and early spring. Now the new leaves are coming out with red lumps. Can anyone identify this?

“could be caused by peach leaf curl, a fungal disease caused by Taphrina deformans”

Evidently the chemical formulation that actually works on this is unavailable in California.
