I just bought this pot and am wanting to gift it with tulip bulbs planted inside the pot. Will they grow indoors?

Yep, tulips will grow indoors (the pot's just a bit boring when they die back each year)

Love the pot honestly I would just put a nursery pot in there and then switch out a plant that way  
All my decorative pots get a nursery pot it’s easier to water manage the roots and that way my plants don’t get super root bounded into these decorative pots and I never have to break them when I need to transplant
