# had this lovely anthurium (bernard) that was thriving in our…

had this lovely anthurium (bernard) that was thriving in our bathroom. started not doing too well, moved him, then it was okay but got overwatered, moved to a brighter spot to help with that, just got burnt leaves and a lot of fungus gnats.

so i’m finally biting the bullet and splitting him, one lil bernard in a smaller pot with soil, the other lil bernard in some water. first time trying the latter if anyone has any tips 🌱

they had some root rot but overall they seem still pretty sturdy after a trim
