Any more experienced plant people could give me some advice? I planted my alocasia black velvet in pumice a few weeks ago and its started to look like this. I dont see many new water roots were as my other alocasia who i put in leca the same time is thriving. Im scared the roots are rotting but the plant seems unchanged any advice?

It might be too much pumice, it looks over-stuffed. The water needs to evaporate. Start over, clean off the dead parts.
