Does anyone know what wrong with my Dieffenbachia it’s not root rot I just can’t figure her out I’ve had her since Valentine’s Day as a rescue and she was doing fine till so started dropping leaves I watered her and she still hasn’t stood up plz help

If I had to guess, I would say a fungal infestation..get some spray for it and mix it with water🌿
