soil looks really wet, is it overwatered? Maybe the pot is too big? just check on those roots to see what it needs

Looks like overwatering and some pests. Wait until the soil is almost completely dry to water- then soak the soil thoroughly and don’t water until it dries out again.

To treat the pests, separate it from your other plants, hose it down (wrap the pot in a grocery bag first), and spray every single inch with insecticidal soap until it’s running off. Do that once a week for at least 4 weeks to cover the full life cycle of the plant.

It might also be a good idea to repot it into some fresh, well draining soil since it could have root rot and eggs in the soil, but that’s up to you. Keep it in the same size pot though, no more than 1-2 inches bigger than the size of the roots.
