# Ive always struggled with this plant. Leaves just end up being so…

Ive always struggled with this plant. Leaves just end up being so flimsy even after watering. What am I doing wrong and how can I help it root better. Using Mollys aroid mix.

Probably overwatering and low humidity due to being next to a window. Try to let it dry out for a day or 2 after Planta tells you to water. Of course, it is a Monstera, so don’t go more than 2 days after.

If nothing else, try a slightly more dense soil. I know Mollys is labeled for monstera, but these guys are much smaller than a big ol’ monstera deliciosa.  
Mine is currently in all purpose with extra perlite and a handful of cactus soil and they are doing well. You can see it’s chunky but also more dense to retain the moisture they love.
