I was hoping if someone could identify this plant? And how long I should ceep it in water

It’s pretty young, but it looks to me like Swiss Cheese plant, Monstera adansonii.

I agree, it looks like a monstera adansonii. The roots are established enough to plant it in soil as it is right now :)
