So My hubby brought me home three different kinds of caladiums ( lindenii magnificum, heart of Jesus ,I think, and a Miss muffet, apparently a couple of them like the shade and to be outside and that is also with the planta app is telling me, that my humid bright and direct light sunroom just won't do when they look tropical so I'm confused on these and the tips of the leaves are getting soft on some of the ones on the heart of Jesus I think it is called the pink one 😩🙏 I would love it if I could put one or two boutside , in a pot of course, maybe under a tree?

They do like bright light, just not super direct. I have both my pink fairy and zombie under a grow light in a south window. The fairy in the window and about 12" from the light. The zombie about 2' back from the window and 20" from the light

Those sound very interesting LOL yeah the chick was like calling me the Miss muffet loves the outdoor shade, and I was like the only real shade in the yard is under the tree I guess and she said keep it in a pot I'm thinking I'm going to put my variegated shell Ginger under the tree possibly it's so big I just am tired of bumping into the poor thing and my sunroom but I don't think it could have any direct light

She'll ginger can tolerate direct, but I'd harden it off to it, so you don't get scorching. And find a spot where it won't get direct all day. The caladiums with thinner leaves. And white are definitely more delicate. I'd try to harden them off under a grow light before then hardening off outside. Maybe you could get a shade cloth? The 6'x5' one i custom bought from greenhouse megastore was like $6. So I can shade a few plants on the stoop, as it's south facing full sun most of the day
