Hello plant friends! How do I do the cut back one third on these? Planta just asked me to and I think they need it because they don’t look like they’re doing well but I’m not sure what to cut

Mine today. They got a bit of rain last night. It will take a few more days to get their bright colors again. I need to be more attentive!😩🥀

I feel the same here I’ve been so afraid of overwatering them and giving them root rot but honestly…. I feel like they would be fine haha when do you recommend rewatering?
