I was checking over my pepperonis “String of Turtles” and found a bunch of these things on the end of many (lots) of my vines. Are they vines splitting or some kind of flower thing. Any thoughts?

That’s what a turtles flower looks like. Not much to write home about but they’re kinda cute IMO. You can snip them if you want to make them focus on growing more leaves instead
