Babar has roots growing on top of the soil. Does this mean he has to be repotted? Babar is almost 6ft tall!

up to you!! if the plant isn’t being compromised visually in the new growth i think you still have room in the pot for a few months

Since it’s an elephant ear I’m going to have to bring him in before it gets cold so I was going to side before then. I will have to winterize him.
