Gloss is looking great! I do recommend you give her a smaller pot though. Too much space in a pot for a smaller plant can cause fungus gnats due to the excess water in the soil not getting absorbed by any roots. My suggestion is probably using a 5 inch or smaller pot :)  
Then once Gloss’s roots start getting too big for the pot you can repot her into a bigger pot preferably 2 inches bigger than the previous one 👍

Ok. She is bigger than that now. She has 5 big leaves.
