I have a few plants that have white sticky spots on them. I have sprayed fungi cleaner and while it has taken the spots down they still seem to make their way back. Should j repot the plants with new dirt? and what can be used to maintain the extinction of the white spots? thank you!

Could you share a picture of the white spots you are referring to? They could also be mealies.

Okay go to YouTube (user liquid dirt I think) he has an amazing spray he shows u how to make that gets rid of all bugs, smells great and easy to do! U just spray ur plants allll over soil everything with it and let it be. Treat it once a week until gone. There were no side effects except my plants looks shiny 😂 safe and great imo! Def check it out! I now still treat mine once a month just to be safe!
