# Not a typical foliage plant as the have plenty of flowers but…

Not a typical foliage plant as the have plenty of flowers but potatoes can be kept as foliage plants.

Just remove all flowers before they bloom and voila a beautiful emerald green foliage that will grow in year after year(and if you want something tasty you can dig them up. If not leave them and they’ll grow back).
