I was recently gifted this plant, the only issue is the foliage seems to match so many that I can’t quite figure out what it is. Does anyone have an idea of what this most likely is? Any definitive features to look for?

Hard to tell for sure. Could be one of the spider lilies (Hymenocallis)? Looks like there might be a flower bud on its way. Once flowering it will be a little easier to identify
