I’ve recently decided to transfer some of my houseplants from soil to water. Does anyone have any tips/suggestions to share ?  
When to add fertilizer?

From what I understand it’s a lot more upkeep and you have to fertilize by plant specifically. Also, supposedly very prone to pathogen. I’ve always wanted to do it, so if it works well for you let me know!!
