I bought this jade pothos and it has one variegated (?) leaf and stem, with a new leaf starting to grow. Should I try to pot it separately and see how it does on its own? Leave it be? Get rid of it? I’m not sure why it’s like that.

Looks like it may be a marble queen who wasn’t getting enough light?
