Hi guys!

I just got an orchid today. I was told I should repot soon. Also, to water fully drenched and wait for water to fully drain for 15 mins.  
My goal is to have this as long as possible as it’s my first. Any other Tips?

Hi Mr Ray! 👋  
Orchids are such lovely plants. Repotting sounds like a good idea. They often come in old and decayed substrate and a bit pot bound. Use a suitable orchid soil mix.  
My other advice would be to provide it with lots of light, preferably indirect. 🌸

That sounds like a bit too much in the watering department, though. If you watered a lot with repotting make sure it’s just a small amount each week or 10 days.
