# Need help with my rubber plant! The top three leaves look the best,…

Need help with my rubber plant! The top three leaves look the best, other than that the bottom leaves are all drooping. There’s new growth at the top and a sprout at the bottom but not sure how to revive the rest of the plant. I’ve had it since the summer and water per the app instructions since I’m not an intuitive plant owner. About 5 leaves fell off last week. I keep the windows open in this room all day and it gets decent sun but I’ve tried moving it around more to increase the sunlight. It’s cold here in Maryland and I wonder if that is affecting the leaves? Do I need to repot?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your rubber plant!  
I suspect that your plant needs to get repotted and to get more light. Try to place it in front of a window with lots of light.  
And be careful with open windows. I don’t know what climate you live in but Ficuses doesn’t like cold drafts ☺️

Mines leaves always start dropping when it gets dry (but be sure to let it dry out between watering). Besides that I would second more light and maybe warmth too
