I need advice. My begonia is doing really good but it’s so tall. The bottom of the plant doesn’t have leafs anymore but the top is thriving. Should I just leave it alone or should I cut it to where the leaves are growing?

You certainly can! My cats ate mine so I cut it down A LOT and it grew a whole new plant just fine
