I am so happy for you! Where did your alocasia from?

Etsy shop 😊 I tried to get it locally, but couldn’t find it

Yeah for what whatever reason it’s hard to get it locally😕 Your looks really good. I’ve looked for alocasia dragon scales on Etsy but the stores I’ve seen are from Florida and being that I live California I’m worried they may not survive. For the one I currently have, I was able to get one from a store in from Colorado (they sold out in that store, so the one that I have is the last one) and my plant was healthy.

So what I’m asking was your plant healthy when it arrived?

So far it seems good, nearly all leaves looked green and healthy (just one tiny one yellowing), didn’t see any pests or other issues. ☺️

When there is a yellowing on the leaf does that mean it isn’t going to turn green?

Yeah, once a leaf turns yellow it will continue to yellow until it drops and falls off (or it’s pruned off). Leaf was probably shocked from travel I would imagine.
