Am I delusional??? How is my black velvet flowering? Just these last few weeks it got spider mites and I had to cut off 3 leaves leaving only one lonely little guy. I could’ve sworn this guy was close to being done for

It's normal for plants to flower when stressed as a last-ditch effort to reproduce. If it's still recovering, you should cut the flower to help the plant conserve energy for healing
