Why is she sagging like this???  
She’s under a grow light 16 hours per day, there’s a humidifier in the room, I water every few days and they’re in Perlite. What am I doing wrong??

These guys, being part sun/part shade, I’m going to guess it’s too much time under a grow light?! I’d cut down the light time if possible. Mine get 8hrs grow light plus a few extra hours of evening light but extremely diffused.

I’m not familiar with just perlite props, but I believe you need to keep the bottom moist so the roots are just touching it?! (Someone please correct me on this!)

As GreenLeaf said, too much light.

As for the perlite, the pot should be in a catch pot/bowl/whatever of water up to just below the roots.

Check the water level every two weeks. And don’t forget to fertilize the water, as water only does not provide all the nutrients it needs.
