# Got my dream alocasia today for one $20. I WIN I have this guy…

Got my dream alocasia today for one $20. I WIN

I have this guy repotted in a peat poss, perilite, and all purpose potting mix.

Any suggestions to keep this guy good and healthy is very appreciated as a beginner in the plant world.

Drilled drainage holes im his pot as well.

Alocasias like humidity so great to have a humidifier if the ambient is lower than 60% humidity. Some good fertilizer and of course lots of love. Otherwise sounds like you’re doing great. Happy plant parenting!! 😊

Hes in a greenhouse so the humidity stays pretty high! I open it at night to let some air get through lol! But i have a humidity detector as well as one for rhe soil! So i hope she does so good😫
