# My alocasia polly has a bud coming out of a flower stem I cut off. Is…

My alocasia polly has a bud coming out of a flower stem I cut off. Is this a leaf or another flower?

This plant was a rescue and already dropped one leaf and flowered, which I cut off.

If it's a flower, would love some advice. It has a humidifier. I think it may do better in the summer when we stop getting these temperature fluxuations. My house does get down to 65 F.
