My Jacklyn is fairly new to me (1 month) and all of its leaftips have turned yellow and shriveled. It shouldn’t be an overwatering thing, but maybe a stress/adjustment issue?

How about try raising the humidity.

That’s a good idea! I’m in a high desert area so that could def be an issue

I agree, it's probably a humidity issue.
