# The new leaf on my dragon scale is open. It’s the most stunning leaf…

The new leaf on my dragon scale is open. It’s the most stunning leaf I’ve ever had on my plants.

Also, I had a question about my mint dragon scale. A beautiful new leaf was growing in and started to unfurl before it had fully pushed out from where it forms. It got stuck and was trying to unfurl but couldn’t. I tried to help get it out but unfortunately broke it off. I was so mad at myself. Has anyone ever had that happen? Should I have left it alone? Would it eventually have been able to get unstuck on its own? Will it be able to grow new leafs?

Update: I can see a new leaf starting in the Mint Dragon Scale so I’m ver relieved that it should be ok!
