# Curious on what your guys Alocasia’s soil is? My Silver Dragon is…

Curious on what your guys Alocasia’s soil is?  
My Silver Dragon is currently in indoor potting mix and orchid bark. She’s been doing amazing. I haven’t changed her soil in almost 2 years (I know, I know, 😐) I didn’t want to disturb her because I know they can be drama queens sometimes.  
This is my first Alocasia to stay alive.  
Any recommendations is welcome 🤗.

i use the same! potting mix and orchid bark and maybe some cactus i’d for extra drainage and she loves it ! she is also the first alocasia i kept alive. i have found they really do like humidity so if you have a humidifier i recommend putting her by it!

I use Fox Farms Ocean floor and add some perlite and orchid bark to it.
