Follow up:

I ended up cutting off the sickly leaf and now I have one DRY brown green leaf left. However…in one of the shafts, there looks to be a THIN stingy material. Does this look like a potential growth for a new leaf? I really hope so cuz I bought another green scale alocasia, so I can have it to help cope while this one dies🥺🥺😭 (it can be hard to see so that’s why I circled) I’m unfamiliar to process of how a new alocasia grows since it has thicker leaves.
