what should i do with this yellow leaf on my nairobi nights alo? should i let her fall off or cut her - and if i cut her, where from? :(

I would cut it off, it’s just wasting energy. You can cut towards the base of the petiole (it seems like an old leaf so you shouldn’t damage any new emerging leaves) or if you are worried you can cut on the petiole right behind the leaf. That way you are left with the petiole and once it dies off you can easily remove it.
