Looks like a Fungal infection

I would isolate the plant so it doesn’t spread to any others, cut the leaf and make sure to sterilize whatever you use to cut it with after cutting it, spray with fungicide once a week for 3-4 weeks and monitor the new growth to make sure the new leaves don’t have the infection.
