Help! One of the stems on my black stem just broke 🙁 i noticed a few days ago the stem started drooping and today when I watered it and left for a few hours, I came home to the stem completely bent. Do I cut it off or just let it die some more? Help me 😭

If you’d like you can snip it and replant it in the pot. It may root 🌱

Just noticed my plant has some small creatures in it and looks like the roots are cramped. Any suggestions on which soil to use for repotting?
