Hey everyone!  
So I was gifted this Maxkowskii by a coworker and i'm newer to Alocasia care. Just wondering if there's anything I should be doing different as this plant is smaller (8 in. Tall) then the ones I typically buy (Cut back on fertilizing/water etc. ). Also, how fast would it grow at this size? Any tips would be appreciated! :)

Watch the soil carefully, and make sure it doesn’t dry out completely, or is dry for long periods of time. The little ones dry out pretty quickly.  
I lightly mist my Alocasias almost daily and they’re very happy. Keep it out of direct sun, but make sure it’s in a very bright spot 💚 good luck!
