So my plant self fell about a week ago. It damaged 3 leaves on my pink dragon. I removed the 3 damaged leaves and I have new leaf unfurling… but it appears to be stuck? Is that possible and if so is there anything I should do?

You could take a Qtip and gently try to free it

Wet the qtip, and then gently work it up.  
I also find directly misting my stuck leaf for a few days gives it the help it needs.
