# Picked up this Philodendron Golden Crocodile from Wally World on…

Picked up this Philodendron Golden Crocodile from Wally World on clearance! I think he is underwatered and needs some TLC but definitely has potential! Any tips and tricks?

If it were me I would cut it back \& re root in water

I would check the roots to see the condition. Then, add fertilizer. It looks a little pale even for a golden crocodile.

Agreed, it’s quite pale. I think the environment at the store was definitely not ideal- not enough light, not humid enough, and it was bone dry when I brought him home.
