# Idk what is going on with my Birkin! I am getting lots of new leaves…

Idk what is going on with my Birkin! I am getting lots of new leaves that open all white and turn brown before they turn green! Only watered when dry and in a south/southwest window.

Mine was turning brown, make sure the soil is draining properly and there’s no root rot.

They are mutations of the philodendron Congo red which can come out sometimes on their leaves
