# i’m like 99% sure my philodendron spiritus sancti had a leaf mutation…

i’m like 99% sure my philodendron spiritus sancti had a leaf mutation where two cataphylls emerged from one cataphyll, which then resulted in like twin leaves? one leaf is big and normal, while the other is small and less healthy looking. i’m really hoping i got a really cool mutation where my spiritus sancti is now split into two at the top, like two different stalks, but i can’t tell for sure yet.

this baby’s racking up mutations lmao. she’s got sport variegation on every single new leaf and now she’s got double leaves.

the stem on the left is the regular cataphyll, the one in the middle is the regular leaf, and the one on the right is the twin leaf/stalk.
