# Hello! Just got this philodendron white princess yesterday and I…

_Posted by 🪴❤️Enzo❤️🪴 on 2024-07-08_

Hello!

Just got this philodendron white princess yesterday and I noticed it has an all white leaf coming up! I was just wondering if overtime if it will get some green or if it will stay all white!?

Thanks! 🤩

Yay!!! Thanks for letting me know! So excited to see it grow and get bigger 🤗

well it probably won’t do that 😂 that leaf is done i’m betting, but with some time \& plenty of bright indirect light the new leaves will be bigger and better with exciting variegation all their own 🤩

Ahhh ok! This is my first philodendron white princess so I am still learning about them. Thanks for helping me!

As mentioned before, it’ll stay white! But don’t be discouraged if this leaf starts to brown/die off eventually, the all white leaves have no chlorophyll so they cant photosynthesize. They are beautiful as long as they last!
