This is my first plant, so correct me if I’m wrong. Is this leaf variegated, or am I seeing something else?

Birkins will have more or less white depending on the how much sunlight they are growing in.

Birkin characteristics 🤩  
My plant looks completely different than when I got it 2 years ago.

Mine gets a fair amount of indirect light all day long, it has a ton of white now (top is much lighter). Starting to lose a few bottom older leaves but letting it do its thing naturally.
