Did you just recently water it?

Looks like I watered it 2 weeks ago. Soil is still moist.

All leaves have hidden variegation that can be seen underneath the leaf, common in philos \& pothos.

Could also be water, but since you haven’t watered it recently, it’s probably just the normal slight variegation.
